Piss poor customer service I have rented from many uhaul location all over Jacksonville this was by far the worst. Over charged me by 30 buck refused to issue refund. The trailers were in the worst shape I have ever seen. One had busted lights a busted fender. I was told.to.grab the trailer my self and hook it up. Never have I had to do so. They didn't even check the lights on the trailer never in my life have I rented a uhual and not had a uhual employee check the vehicle or trailer out before letting it leave the lot
