If I could give zero stars, I would. Why would you guys set yourselves up for failure like this, by asking for feedback? Obviously, my accommodations sucked! I would’ve been more comfortable staying at the Bates Motel. Your staff was kind. That’s the only compliment I can give.

This was the worst motel/hotel I have ever been to in my life. I have no issues with pets but they let people have animals but don't tell them to clean behind them. We were told we wrong for saying something. I ruined a pair of shoes and no sleep for the barking and scratching on the door. No towels, cover smell animal urine, air work some and heat do when it's warm. Management blows off your concerns as if money is not good. They have a dog stands with no bags to clean up behind them. Dogs by and in the pool when the sign states no animals in the pool area. Every two rooms there is a dog or two per room. I thought it was a pet hotel instead of for people. They want to charge me for extra towels but no pets deposit...I am confused how that works. Security sucks at this place. He works around listening to people room and have the nerve to tell you to be quiet. I didn't know we had a bedtime..I know you have to be respectful to others but not be dead quiet. No breakfast and charge for coffee that suppose to be complimentary. I will NEVER bring my family here again...oh they have people begging for money and will knock on your door....I will not give any stars cause it do not deserve any...every corner there is dog mess and we had room we're there was grass and people stop and let the dog mess in front of our door and walk away.
