I don’t recommend this location at all. The wait was extremely long with only 3 people in line. The rep did not show any concern about us in line waiting patiently. She could have thanked us for our patience or reassure us that help was coming soon anything to show our that our time and money being spent was valuable but it clearly wasn’t to her. The customer she was helping at the time had more sympathy for us than she did. The customer asked her how long was her transaction going to take because she’s like I see you have a lot of people waiting. The rep responded with it doesn’t matter it always takes this long. I couldn’t be even more disgusted with her customer service. Next time I will drive a few miles to another location.
