My fiance and I have lived here for two years. Wanda, the property manager is absolutely the perfect person to have in charge. She's so sincere and efficient. We just love her. Having lived here for two years, I can say that the most trouble we've experienced is waiting for a brand new a/c unit when ours when down one time. Even then, she calmly and wholeheartedly listened to our concerns with extreme professionalism. Otherwise, I can vouch that yes they do respond to messages for their to after hours ( and regular hours) emergency maintenance line, and yes all staff are genuinely great people persons. We are sad to be leaving because this place is so easy to become comfortable in, and the apartments are nicely designed , allowing even our 1 bed/1 bath to have a spacious kitchen and living room. The price is also a steal. I recommend Marsh Oaks to anyone, and especially to those serving at the nearby Mayport Naval Base because it's conveniently located and priced.
