Thank you to the entire team at this location. Everyone was professional, courteous and always showed care and concern during each rehab session. Janie greets you with a smile and works very hard to schedule your appointments and if there is any conflicts she resolves them right away. Genesis and Justin went over every exercise and would check on you during your session to make sure you were doing things correctly as well as encouraging you to make progress. They also wanted to make sure you were not in any excessive pain during your workout. Amelia did not work directly with me but was always there to help out when necessary with a cheerful attitude. My rehab was wonderful and I feel so much better after my knee surgery and rehab. The team made me realize how important it is to exercise and keep mobile to make my surgery a success. I would recommend JOI Northside to anyone needing rehab. It was a pleasure to leave there feeling healthier and the best I had felt in months.
