Earth Fare at 11700 San Jose Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida.

Very rude. I haven't been in a while so I took my Daughter to get pizza there. I didn't see the self serve sign. I asked the gentleman behind the counter a few questions but was surprised when he said self serve. I went to ask a question about another slice of pizza and he told me to read the sign in front of my face. I was absolutely shocked about being talked to so poorly when I had simply asked a question.
