BBVA Compass at 10060 Skinner Lake Drive, Jacksonville, Florida.

I have had stellar service from this branch. Although there were some subtle changes when they went from Compass to BBVA, it's still a better bank than Bank of America. I've banked at both and I know the customer service from this branch is much better. In particular, I want to point out that Laurie Littles (Insurance Representative) at this branch is extremely pro-active when it comes to customer service. I have gone to her with many problems in the past and she has never failed to resolve them in a timely manner. I highly recommend this branch to anyone who might be looking for a customer service oriented branch.
