I don't understand how a laser hair removal clinic can offer such a service without being properly qualified to do so. Amy Pritchett, who is the Clinic Director and the one performing the laser services at the time...is not certified or qualified to operate a laser of any kind. For future reference...the Department of Health has every licensed CME registered on their sight. The medical director must know the state rules and regulations...however, he is not even there enough to comply with these regulations. Please choose wisely and do not just price shop. Research the lasers and definitely find out if the person providing the services are actually qualified.
