United States Postal Service at 3000 Spring Park Road, Jacksonville, Florida.

I was under the impression that sabotaging and opening someone’s mail was a Federal offense but I’ve had a bad experience with the delivery man from my complex. He came to my door to bang on it and attempt so insult and use foul language while my kid was asleep. Totally inappropriate. Now my packages are going missing. A specific package with tracking is labeled undeliverable. I get all the junk mail and other peoples mail at that but not they are undeliverable? He did it right when the post office would be closed for the holidays. Now my package is probably lost never to be found again. I’ve been waiting two hours for customer support. But I’ll be contacting our representatives to look into the matter. If it was me I’d probably go to jail. Now I’m concerned about my other packages. Very unprofessional not to mention criminal
